Steak 'n Shake

It was not clean inside-and the trey the server was serving was very dirty.did not got place mat on our booth .

Good food but they need a full time cashier and hostess so the customer isn't always waiting for someone to have an extra minute to do it

Okay, slow and when I got to window didn't know my order

initially went inside to eat. Was rudely taken to a table. We sat for about 6 minutes with no interaction so we left the restaurant and went through the drive thru. It took over 15 minutes at the drive thru. staff was overwhelmed. the food tasted pretty good but service was awful.

Slow service. Unfriendly worker. Shake was terrible and food cold.

The drive thru was very slow. I was in line for over 20 minutes. Will be calling the service number provided on my receipt

This particular is sooo slow every time we go. Our drinks and food all came out at different times. Things were forgotten and had to give several reminders. Just very annoying that it's always this way and doesn't get better. I will not go back; which is unfortunate bc the food is generally good and prices are good, but service stinks.

Very slow service and small servings. My first visit there and now, last.

Ordered at drive-thru, ate in pkg lot. Could not believe how long it took to fill my order. I finished my meal before two cars behind me received theirs-11 minutes. Amazing. Small burger, artificial shake flavoring. Not good.
