We waited 45 minutes for our fpod

Service was poor and there were lots of upset customers.same staff as usual they should know how to do their jobs by now. Food was good once was brought out

Every time we go in that store service is terrible. Up north way better!

Slow service! We left after 5 min of waiting to sit.

This was an awful dining experience. The food was not warm- my cheese was not melted on my grilled melt. The waitress was rude, inconsiderate and incompetent. All of the wait staff was just hanging around doing nothing, not waiting on the customers. They were not even very busy and there was not a lack of employees. This is sad because I love steak and shake, and this location is so close to us. Awful experience and we had brought people with us that had not been there before and will likely never return.

There was eight customers in the store. I waited five minutes to be seated and 25 minutes to get my drinks and that was just to order them. then my food chain before my drinks and they couldn't even bring me straws or silverware for my meal... Slow slow slow service I will not eat there again at the McKinney Texas location
