I chose Steak 'n Shake because I love the salt and vinegar fries! The burgers aren't my favorite but those fries are the bomb! The service was mediocre, the guy at the window had to repeat our order and ask a million questions.

Service decent except we had to ask for silver ware , napkins and all of our order didn't get out and we had to ask for it

had to wait a long time for food, food was incorrect, and server had to make multiple trips in order for us to have all silverware, ordered items, and replace drink which was too carbonated.
