The girl at counter couldn't get the order straight. I repeated it three times. Then she seemed in a bad mood when we came to window.

They were so slow I waited in line for over 19 minutes then I made it to the window and I sat there for another four minutes before I decided to leave no one came to the window no I didn't knowledge me no one took my Manny nothing all I was getting was a drink terrible terrible service then I called him yesterday morning and he apologized saying well I was busy I saw them using this outI never received a call from the manager so I called corporate they tell me at hear something within 24 to 48 hours we're now at 30 hours I have not heard anything from them so highly dissatisfied I mentioned this to a girlfriend she said that's the reason her husband will not go to this location because they are so slow and not friendly so I will never ever go back to steak and shake on North Glenstone
