Steak 'n Shake

Service was extremely slow and wait staff was very unconcerned with level of service

Took 30 mins in drive thru and had 5 errors on food and no napkins.

Staff very busy. Was seated and never had my order taken. Manager was too busy for my complaint about my service.

Gave me incorrect milkshake which was the specific menu item I wanted. This came after an extensive wait in the drive up. By the time I realize I had incorrect item was closer to home than restaurant.

The food was amazing but the lady working drive thru was the rudest I have ever met!! Pretty much slung the food at me and closed the door in my face before I could ask for a drink... Therefore I couldn't get my drink I wanted so I drove off. She wouldn't even let me get one word in! Really makes me reconsider going to this location again in the future.. That will be the last time I ever go to the turkey creek location again! Hire better people, someone actually friendly is the best advice I can give

We waited a long time to be seated. The waitress was very rude. She waited on two tables, even brought their drinks, and have not come to us at all. We got up and left. Four couples left because of the service. It was a very very bad experience.
