Steak 'n Shake

Good visit

Much better than my last several visits. the food still took a long time but our server was great. she was pleasant and got our order and drinks quickly. I'm glad I took the chance to try steak n shake again and will try it again.

I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes. The food tasted really good, but I was very unpleased with the speed of the line

the Portobello and Swiss double burger was absolutely delicious! the fries were cold, however. The girl at the drive thru window was not friendly at all.

Good visit. The place was packed. Wish shakes came in smaller size.

Our burgers were wrong and messy

The restaurant was quite busy and seemed understaffed. Still, our food was good and arrived in a reasonable time. Server kept forgetting to put cherries in my cherry coke, and then when I would remind him, he would bring them in a little cup. This happened all 3 times. But overall, the experience was fine.
