Love half price drinks

Waitress wasn't great, but not terrible. Slow service and portions are getting much smaller for the same price. Kind of disappointing. Restaurant was very busy.

The restaurant was extremely busy for 2pm on Thursday. The place was like chaos. Our waitress was very sweet and worked as hard and as fast as she could but she had too many tables assigned to her. Our food took forever to prepare but our waitress brought it out pronto. It was hot and delicious. Love the food and prices, but this place needs to be enlarged and more workers would be a great asset to your company instead of working the ones on shift to death. I will go back to eat there but I pity the poor workers there.

Speaker in drive thru was crackly order 3 times to get it right

waiter was too nice. sounds odd, but he was. overall everything was great.

Ok food, expensive, very good shakes

Really loved the burger! French fries were cold and not much of them. I ordered a soft drink but was never offered a refill. For dessert I ordered the salted pretzel caramel milkshake to go. It took at least 15-20 min to get it and I had to locate my waitress and ask for it. When I received it, it was only half full. Truly amazing shake but only a child's portion for $3.49 I felt ripped off. The restaurant was so busy that the staff could not keep up the pace. Too many customers for the size of the restaurant and not enough workers. The employees were having to wait tables, check in guests, clear tables, and check them out. No wonder my shake was forgotten. The Farragut store at Turkey Creek really needs help. Great little restaurant but overpacked and over worked and I'm sure underpaid employees with too many duties to be efficient for the job they were truly expected to do. No one should have to do the work of 4 or 5 different employees. I would never work there and felt sad for the ones that do. Too much work and too much chaos.

Good food. Very busy location.

It was really crowded so the service was really slow. We had to wait over 10 min before anyone greeted us or got our drink order. It took another 10 min to get through the check out line. But the food was still good.

The lines are long. Hate the long wait. The shakes are great. Especially during there half price hours.
