The chicken burger my son got was undercooked and he could not eat it. However, The manager came and apologized and gave us 2 free milkshakes.

The food was good. However I didn't get the burger I wanted because they were out of several things.

Waiters and hostesses were just sitting around. Took us till after our appetizer to get silverware and one girl seemed to be running the whole front end by herself. No one would help her

Good food, wish she would have offered us bottomless fries while we waited for our meal

Restaurant looked unkempt. Floor not clean. Staff seemed unfamiliar with seating. Food took long time coming to table. Fries served cold. Friend ordered salad with burger and she had to ask when it was coming. Server assumed she wanted to wait for entree to bring salad. Seemed like a lot of new inexperienced staff. There were 4 of us and none will be returning to this location. Restroom stall out of tissue.

Fries were not cooked and Hamburger was over cooked. Very disappointed
