Went to dinner with my parents. Me and my moms order was wrong. When we sent it back, they gave us the wrong order again. We just ate it because we didn't want to have to deal With waiting any more.

The food to me was awful. Maybe it's just because I'm a picky eater. But, I ordered the Seafood Platter and the fish and shrimp were so deep fried and covered in oil, I feel like it had been out for some time. I literally had to blot my food. Even then, I couldn't eat it because the food was too hard. I couldn't eat my food at all. My sister ordered the chicken tortilla soup and was not pleased with the flavor.

It took forever to be seated in a restaurant that wasn't busy. The staff was inattentive and the restaurant tables were filthy and took a while for someone to buss them.

The buns to our burgers were wet . The meat was not if the same quality as previous visits. Our pretzel appetizers were greasy. The fries were overly greasy.

The server was very awkward and completely forgot to put our appetizer in. She also rarely checked in on us and consistently forgot what we asked for throughout our meal.
