Steak 'n Shake

It wasn't very busy and though the food tasted good, it still took longer than expected

Everything was great except it took everything a really long time to get out to our table and it wasn't even busy.

Only two servers for the whole restaurant led to extremely slow service.

The server had no idea what the heck she was doing so I won't be going back to Steak N Shake.

Ordered online, they got our whole order wrong and took forever.

This location seems clueless about Customer service/satisfaction! Staff has no problem leaving you at a drive thru window for 5 minutes without even so much as greeting you. It is aggravating because every one of their competitors has it right for to go orders...very disappointed
