Steak 'n Shake

Multiple aspects of our order were forgotten, it took super long to get the food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and bland.

The food was not very good

Staff needs to be friendlier

My food was greasy and my shake tasted a bit like metal. I was not impressed. It was my 1st time ever to try it. I probably will not go back.

Slow service and not detail oriented.

Normally it was wonderful. We only received half of our order and assumed he was coming back with the rest. When he came back to the window he seemed irritated we were still there. We asked if the other food was coming and he had no clue what the order was. When we got home and opened the food who ever put the good together did an awful job. We ordered seasoned fries which is an up charge but they were not seasoned. Also the cup of chili was only half filled and missing cheese and onions as requested. Our Frisco melt was falling apart, and not even cut in half. The meat was halfway off of the sandwich. We have gone here for years and always enjoyed our experience. This was very bizarre and has changed our mind about returning to this location.

Took to long to get a table once we did table was dirty. Then waited a long time to get a server. Once server arrived our good was a long time as well not impressed at all
