Red Robin

Got our food fast but nothing special about the taste of the burgers.

We go there often but had a horrible experience this time. First the hostess was about to seat us when the phone rang and rather then ask them to hold and finish taking care of us she stood there in front of us talking to another employee on the phone about what managers were working for several minutes. Then there were several things incorrect with our order when it was delivered to our table (I got fries instead of a salad and my husband got regular fries instead of the garlic ones he ordered). And worst of all, my husband ordered a gluten free bun because he has gluten allergies and they delivered it with an onion ring on top of it which cross contaminated the whole thing with gluten! We go there because they have a dedicated fryer for the fries (to avoid cross contamination) and several gluten free options. If they are going to serve those things they should at least have some knowledge of what gluten is and what not to put on a plate that has a gluten free product ordered. We were never once asked if we wanted more fries or salad for the endless side and it took us 15 minutes to find a parking spot because the location they chose shares a lot with several other businesses and there were literally no spots and tons of people driving around trying to fight for them. We ended up having to walk from far away in the cold.

I'm aware that it was busy for the holidays and I was fine waiting for a table. However, I ordered coffee and waitress brought me the last half cup of the current pot and told me brewing a new one. No cream. Took over 15 minutes for her to bring cream. Coffee was then cold. Lighter fare chicken in a lettuce wrap was a lot of core of lettuce and brown. Extremely disappointing. Waste of calories.

Unfortunately this time was a bad experience with our server. However that will not detour me from going back. Burgers are AWSOME!

Service was slow

Plates were not well cleaned. Staff in training was way TOO attentive. Always at our table and we felt that we were having dinner with him! Too much! Pull back!
