The burgers were good so with the fries and the chips and salsa service was a little slow but we weren't not we were not in a big hurry

The Caesar salad wrap was disappointing and the French onion soup had hard onions, they just were not cooked enough. Disappointing. The burgers were good though.

g wasn't very crowded.,but we had to wait for our meals ..my burger was barely warm and my fries tasted like they sat under a heat lamp to long..my husbands meal was just OK..he said wasn't up to their normal standards I totally agree.we both where starvng n didn't want to have to wait for replacements

Food was good. Service was slow

The food tasted great but it took forever. It was busy, but they said a 15 minute wait. After 30 minutes we asked where our name was at on the list and it wasn't even on there. They said they would seat us right away, but it was still another 15 minutes before they did.

Not a good experience. Normally I love red robin but this time I was not satisfied. The waitress was not very nice nor was she attentive. She passed by us twice and didn't even offer to fill our drinks. Red robin is changing a lot of things about their restaurant and they are not very good. They are trying to be classy by changing the way they serve salads and burgers. Stop changing your restaurant. It was good the way it was! You have gourmet burgers they are delicious and your atmosphere was fine they way it was.
