slow and grossly undercooked

We had to wait to be seated but there were a lot of empty tables wen we did get seated, we ordered cheese sticks for appetizer but received our food and didn't get the cheese sticks ... Wen they brought me my order it was completely wrong even tho The waitress asked me 3 different times how I wanted my burger made . Very dissatisfied
