Called in my order, they got it wrong. Gave them my Red Robin Royalty number and didn't get credit for the meals I purchased. This happens all the time.

Order was wrong & had to wait long for it to be corrected & then it still wasn't right because there were fries missing from 3 of the 4 orders >:(

It was the worst service it literally took the sever 25 minutes to come over and get are drink order after talking to the manger it didn't really seem to help cause almost everything we ordered was wrong
