Our server was slow, didn't bus our table or offer a to go container and forgot multiple things while we were dining. The hostess on the other hand was very kind and helpful.

Waiter didn't refill drinks, food was lacking flavor, waiter didn't process reward card correctly. We were not pleased with the service Alex provided.

I was so pleasantly surprised with my visit to Red Robin! I had never been before & expected it to be typical fast food. I was nervous because I have certain diet restrictions. I was ELATED to see they had a veggie burger AND gluten free bun! The sweet potato fries were delicious! I have already told many people of my visit & will definitely be back!
