Good food. Service was very slow.

Okay burgers

Every time we come to this Red Robin location, the service is slow and there is something wrong with our food. And every 2-3 months we try again, hoping for a different outcome. Because we enjoy the food. This time service was slow again and our waitress forgot our appetizer. She owned up to it but still tried charging us for it. We requested they remove it, which they did. The fries were cold when they arrived. She did bring us new ones at our request. We have had positive service at other locations. Which is why we keep giving this one another try.
