Steak 'n Shake

Decided to go to a closer location

Cold shooters and so little BBQ sauce I couldn't even taste it. Literally two drops on the bun.

Terrible service

very slow service, didn't get our drinks until after our food. very disappointed.

This was SnS restaurant #2 of the evening...the first one we walked out of after sitting for over 20 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us. This one at least seated us & got our orders in quickly, just took forever to get anything. Lots of ticked off customers fed up with super slow service. I realize there may be a lack of late night waitstaff talent, but this was sad.

went after visiting six flags. I think everyone left and only 3 people were working. we were there for an hour and half. it took 15 min for a server to take our order. another 15 min to get drinks and another 10 min to get our food. the place was crowded. the should

They were very busy, our server didn't get to us until after taking and delivering two drink orders and then the food order for a table who was seated at the same time as us. Then our food came out all wrong, the manager in charge was able to help correct that.

Awful experience. It took fifteen minutes just to get service and twenty minutes to get our drinks. I will never visit the eureka Missouri location again. Two tables who walked in after us got their orders taken before us...doesn't make sense.
