Steak 'n Shake

Service was slow in the drive thru b

Food was good. It came to us pretty quick.. I did order a shake with my sons meal and we never received it... As we were getting our bill I asked to get 2 shakes to go. And the server said oh sorry you did order a shake didn't you.. She went to get them and it took about 20 min to get 2 shakes.. Longer than it took to get our food... It was around dinner time so I assumed it was because they were busier. But if you mess up the first time I would try and make it a point to get our shakes quickly to us after ordering a second time.. And to be able to get our table clean to seat others lined up at the door... Other than that everything was fine.

Forgot my burger

usually steak n shake is OK but this visit was not that good. they took a very long time after I had already called in and they messed up on our order

Went there to use the restroom only. Nearest location.

Bacon double cheeseburger

Skyline was closed next door due to a snow storm, I only got a coke and I like steak shake but this one takes forever the lady was nice though

Sandwich was cold.
