There is much to love about this Steak 'n Shake! The food is most always wonderful. Portions are pretty good. My two biggest gripes are speed of service and food packaging. They never label anything, so when the family goes thru the drive-thru for burgers, you have to open the wrapper and move the burger around to see whose burger you have. Why not get stickers of the major burgers you sell and label them? Next, I hate the styrofoam cups! Last visit I ended up with a tiny leak in my cup and had to pour it out! Charge me an extra dime and give me a cup that won't leak! Third, please do something about the amount of time people are stuck in the drive-thru! It's just too long!

I live the frisco melts but the speed was so slow I don't know if it was worth it

Service was very very slow. Got Nutella shakes. Good flavor when Nutella came up straw otherwise blah.
