Guy was very rude and didn't even greet me, just shoved my food through the window

Murfreesboro location was under staffed. We walked in and waited. Few minutes before anyone acknowledged us. There were several dirty tables. We were finally seated and our drink order was never taken. The asst manager finally came and took care of us. She was wonderful, however we immediately recognized she was doing most of the work on the floor. The manager checked us out and was not that friendly and did way less work than she was doing.

No parking and drive thru was so wrapped you couldn't even get through the parking lot. Very dissatisfied- kids love steak and shake sat in parking lot over 15 minutes stuck between cars- ended up going elsewhere

I went thru the drive thru about 1:15 am. One car at the window, I was greeted and told to wait one minute after several within my one car at the window and they are slowwww anyway about getting your food to you. Yes, it is cooked to order but it's ridiculous especially when you use a drive thru for faster service. After a few minutes, I drove off. Very disappointed??
