Steak 'n Shake

Took 10 minutes at drive thru window:(

Very disappointed in the shakes

It took an hour and seven minutes to get a child's burger meal and a patty melt. they weren't even busy! the server never came back to check on us after someone else brought our food and we ate our entire meal without anything to drink. I will not be back.

Waited 30 minutes for a milkshake.

cashier was rude at the drive thru

We had a very bad experience in the check-out line with a very rude cashier that wanted to tell us how to separate the tickets. I made it clear that it was the waitresses responsibility; not ours as customers.

we were a party of 4 seated in the corner & sat there at least 20 mins before waitress came over. A party of about 8 got seated next to us and got waited on before we did. Also our food was not hot & fresh either.

Short staffed waited over thirty minutes on food. Very tasty. But waitress seldom checked in for drinks etc even though many customers weren't dining in due to the wait

Worst service I've ever had! People were irate. I don't know what the deal Was!!! So sad!

Would not provide us with shakes and I am very disappointed.
