You can't beat steak and shakes milkshakes but this was the worst visit we've ever had there. It seems like the chicken tenders were minuscule compared to what they used to be the french fries seem like a very small portion also I asked for onions on my patty melt and got I promise you too little slivers on each side besides the milkshake I was very disappointed. The waitress didn't ask us if it was on separate bills so she put it all on one bill and we went up to pay my nephew told her how we were splitting the bill the girl didn't do it correctly and we explained her that she didn't charge everybody the right way she got hostile very very unsatisfied.

Got a number 1 , fries good, but burger didn't have much taste, little or no seasoning on meat

I went there because I drove across town to go to Chic fil A and they were closed. I didn't want it to be a wasted trip so I went next door to Steak 'n Shake. The food instantly gave me an awful stomach ache after I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes to get it in the first place.

This visit was actually the worst I've ever had at steak and shake I went through the drive-through and had a 40 minute total wait time if that's what you call fast food then I might as well just go to a restaurant to get a burger it was awful then when I got my food my french fries were ice cold there were six bags waiting to be served for people behind me so apparently my food had been up there for quite a long time

My order took over 15 minutes to get, then when I got home I found no lettuce, tomato, onion, or pickles on my 2 hamburgers when they were on the menu.

I have not ate here in 20 years. The french fries tasted so old it was disgusting the hamburger was barely warm. I told the waitress and she brought us some more fries and that was it. I will show shot because of the location we visited stays busy 24 hours a day and I was shocked at how poor the food was. I plan on never going back to that location.
