Steak 'n Shake

took a little longer than expected. had to ask about my shake

Food was thrown together sloppy. And they weren't that busy.

Forgot about our order but we are fans of the food so we will be back

The hamburger was very greasy and was non editable.

The wait in line was incredibly long. Once we got to the window they said the credit card machine was down. We got cash and got back in the slow moving line for a second time. Once we got our food we were finally happy.

You can't beat the price but unfortunately today the restaurant was extremely dirty tables floors etc. it was quite disgusting

I feel that 90 minutes to wait for your lunch is way to long. I will never go back.

The only way I can do is that

I repeated my order twice at the speaker and then asked the girl at the window if she heard me correctly. She checked with a cook and then when I got my burger it still was not prepared right. I really love steak and shake but might not go back to this location.
