This was my first time ever going to Steak 'n Shake and I was amazed by how cheap the food was. If there was a more convenient location, I would go more often

While the food was delicious, the restaurant is understaffed and as a result the food took longer to arrive to the table than it normally would have. Once it did though we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere happy and light. It's definitely a place I'd choose to go for atmosphere and with the time to spare rather than the quick in and out.

Very long wait in drive-thru - food was dry and cold to touch.

Worst Steak n Shake location ever. Bathroom was terrible, service is always terrible, the speed is always terrible, the dining room is always dirty. Under staffed for today so had to wait almost 40 minutes for a burger. Terrible is not a strong enough word for how this establishment is run.
