Good onion rings. Fast service. Booth was dirty and menus were tattered. Didn't smell good inside restaurant.

I had the grilled chicken salad and was disappointed in the over all salad. The portion was a decent small to medium amount BUT NOT for the price! The tomato was cut in the smallest little squares that I couldn't pick it up properly with my fork. The cucumbers seemed awkwardly chopped. I don't like that I have to slice my own chicken to eat in my salad. It really should come sliced. My toast was cold.

The fries were cold. After the server dropped our drinks and took our order we never saw her again. I asked them to put cheese on my daughter broccoli and the broccoli came out after her entree, burning hot with no cheese. No one ever offered to refill our drinks or fries. We used to love RR but every time we come it gets worse and worse.

We go here because the food is always good. My husband likes a good burger, so it's one of our regular spots to eat out. This time I was unimpressed with our server. He seemed to be scattered, He never came back to fill our drinks, he assumed we wanted water for our baby and brought us a child's cup of water when my husband ordered that in addition to his beer. I also noticed his fingernails were dirty as if he had been working on a car. I understand working on dirty jobs, but he was serving our food and I was a tad grossed out. I enjoy RR Clovis. I think it is the best in town! Also I think that the children's menu options are great as far as the entrees go, but the sides could use some work.

The waitress was nice, but service was very slow. When I asked for more fries, since I ordered unlimited fries.... It took 20 minutes to get my fries, by then I was done with my hamburger. My check should have been discounted, with the inattention of the waitress; and there was no apology.

Where order and our food took about 40 minutes to come out. It was cold in the area we where sitting in went to ask the manager if he could turn the air off he said he was but never did. Food came out and the fries where cold and the burgers where not fresh

Bad service son food was burned. My meal was cold wife's burger was cold not good at all.
