I went to RR today to use. My birthday coupon. When the bill came I owed almost 27 dollars all to find out that my "free" birthday burger is only for certain burgers which I did not know.

Salad that came with the soup and salad deal was extremely small. Would never get that again

Our sodas were super flat :-( also I know the fries are bottomless, but the first serving is so freaking small

The hostess seemed annoyed that we came in and interrupted her texting. She then slammed our menus down on a table in a dining room full of empty tables, right next to an occupied table. Why no buffer? It was 8:00 on a Sunday, dinner rush is over, let the customers have some room. The burger was great but the fries were a bit cold. The server was fine. The hostess was sprawled out on the bench in her phone when we left and didn't even acknowledge us as we were leaving. Isn't that 60% of her job?
