I believe we had a new server which made it difficult for speedy service. I didn't have an issue with him needing to take him time but the other servers around him, helping him out, were rather rude when it came to my vegetarian friend asking questions about the nature of the veggie burger cooking process. It made it a less pleasant experience for all of us.

The service was slow even though the restaurant was slow.

The speed of service was rather slow. My husband and I were celebrating my birthday. So I had a free burger coupon on my rewards that I was excited about. I got a burger I always get. It was just not the same, the bun was soggy and it just was off taste wise. My husband said the same about his too. We didn't complain, it's hard for us to. We were just really hungry and we knew I had a coupon to save us money. Otherwise our waitress was rather nice.

Didn't receive any silver wear or napkins till we where almost finished waitress didn't seem in gaged in us at all never received the sauce I asked for twice

We all Got very sick from the burgers we ate. All three of us had different food before we ate there but all got sick. Not happy at all

I took my four year old son here for lunch the other day. Our whole experience: TERRIBLE. Waited extremely long for disgusting food. Hardly saw waiter and he got our check confused with another table. Hinted for a tip - ignorant. We were there 1 hour 30 minutes. Unbelievable.
