Staff was not attentive

We waited at the front for a few minutes longer than usual to be greeted & seated. As soon as the waiter took our drink order I asked for fries & never got them. Then there was an egg shell in my moms salad. The waiter just says sorry about that. Also I ordered the patty melt found out later they were out of rye bread. Not a good experience at all. Very disappointed.

They should tell the intoxicated people to leave if they are too loud and disrespectful

food took 45 minutes to get. server said oh sorry. it was absolutely no big deal! !! we had to ask another server to check on our food. again not much help. and on top of all this no management could be found anywhere! !!
