Good food horrible service. We gave it another try after a not so great first time and definitely won't return

Food took too long

First impression was awful! Staff did not acknowledge us as they stood and talked with their backs to us. When they finally seated us ( 5 minuets later after they stopped chatting) I had to change my little ones diaper. The bathroom was disgusting! The changing table looks like it has NEVER been cleaned and there was not even any soap! I had to go under the sink and found a soap jug to use to wash my hands. The floors were so gross you stuck to them when you walked. It took 50 minuets to get our food and the place was not even half full. My fries were cold, my sons food looked like it had been sitting for ever and we didn't even get napkins or forks. Our server was so slow and only came around 2 times in an hour and a half to check on us. We had to wave someone to get us water. When my husband ask for more fries you would have though he ask for blood. She brought our check and as we were getting ready to leave, she Shia up with the fries! Seriously awful service and cold food! We will NOT be back again!

HORRIBLE!!!! First off the server seated people before me with LARGER parties second the waiter didn't even know to wait our table! We waited 15 minutes for a waiter- the manager came over and took our order the food was good but I don't see this place staying open for long! Everytime I visit it's only to use my birthday coupon and it's always A MESS!!!!
