It was horrible. Not only did we have to wait 30 minutes for our food, but our waitress had a big attitude when answering questions. Red Robin is known for their bottomless sides. We asked for a refill in our fries right when we got our food. We didn't see our waitress or get a refill until we had been done eating for about 15 minutes. The food was good, but the service was horrible. Don't advertise something and not deliver.

Worst service I've experienced. You could hear my "well done" burger moo because it was so rare and after asking three separate times I never received my refill on fries. We were in the restaurant for 1.5 hours and couldn't leave fast enough.
