Red Robbin always has nice servers

Was the worst experience at Red Robin we have ever had. All of the previous trips were very good and we were looking forward to this trip. We made specific plans just to go there. Service was very slow and we had to ask our server three times for some sugar for my wife's tea, he never brought any and we had to ask the hostess to bring some. We specifically asked for our burgers to be prepared well done and they came out pink and sent them back. We so disappointed we did not even ask for replacements. The sodas tasted bad and I didn't drink mine. The manager came out to speak with us and he was worthless. My wife said she wanted to finish her fries (the only decent part of the meal) and he just picked up the whole plate and walked away with her fries. A horrible experience, we will probably go back eventually and hope for better service and food.
