There should be a 2nd drive thru for shakes only. I was 2nd in line from the window and waited for 10 minutes behind a person who ordered a large meal and I only ordered 1 shake.

The girl behind the counter didn't know how to add any extra items to my shake. And when the manager came over he was sort of rude to her explaining that she should have already known how to do the procedure

The garlic slider is extremely salty My order was incorrect The Cookie Butter shake is great There should be a separate drive-thru or walk up window for shakes only

Steak and shake on 441 in Coral Springs had to have the worst service I have ever seen it took 3 hours from the min I walked in till the time I left to get my food it took 15 min to be seated and the restaurant was half empty the waitresses was rude and my shake was melted when I spoke to the manager he brushed me off never going to that location again
