Not the best service not food was good

Only 2 cars in drive thru and it took over 10 minutes for first car to get order and 10 more for us after that

This was a much better experience than our last visit to Steak and Shake. The server was very friendly & the food was much better. It redeemed the bad experience we had at a different location.

It was very busy & we had to wait awhile for a table & for our food, but the service was very good. Our waitress was exceptional & the staff seemed very on top of things. Our food was hot & delicious, the orders were accurate, and we were happy customers. The cardboard cars they have for the kids made a huge difference and helped to keep the kids occupied while we waited. We'll be back!

Fries weren't too hot and our waitress wasn't too professional.
