The food was great but our waiter was less than attentive.

bottom less fries great concept however the fries that came with our burger were stone cold not even warm, stone cold! had to wait ten minutes for hot fries. terrible experience for us!

When I called in my order I was not notified that the item I wanted was no longer on the menu. When I went to pick up the item I was told that item was no longer available but I was going to get the next closest entree to what I wanted. Well, that new item is horrible and not what I wanted! Very dissatisfied!
