Red Robin

It was hot. I don't know if the ac was broken or what, but I was sweating through the whole meal. The waiter didn't bring it up, and we weren't warned before being seated. It made the meal less than fun.

I had to ask for my daughters side of strawberries-they were not brought with her meal. I ordered the chick a ado salad. I had to S for the focaccia bread that comes with it and I only found 1 small piece of avocado. Both of my kids ordered chicken and it was very fatty.

We went for my husbands birthday. At first we sat in the bar, we waited 10 minutes for menus. There 3 employees in the bar more concerned with their conversation than customers. The waitress who took our order kept looking over her shoulder at the TV when we were giving our order. My fish sandwich was bland, my husbands 1/2 pound burger was not 1/2 of a pound, and the fries were soggy (not cooked enough). It took 10 minutes to get iced tea refills. Then my husband got my sweetened tea. Another 10 minutes for the correct tea. We will not be going back soon.

The waiter called hey man was very nice. But the food was not good at all. Going from cold fries to burnt meat. Was not satisfied at all was my first time going there didn not have a good experience.

My two year old son and I dined in. We asked for some fries before thermal they never came. We had three different servers. Not very happy.

The food was ok, but not much better than a fast food burger. We didn't get refills on drinks or fries quickly. Food was overpriced. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. Table was dirty.

Hour and half wait!!!

Hostess was rude when I asked for a booth instead of a table. Then took over 5 minutes for our server to even greet us. She also acted like us being there was a pain for her in general.

They delivered my food wrong twice and it took 35 min to get our food

Very very unhappy that our coupon was not honored!!
