I am normally very happy when I go to red Robin. Today I did not feel that the staff really cared whether I was there or not. I sat in the bar. The only contact with staff was when I ordered, and when they dropped off my food. As they dropped off my food the bartender pushed the button on the screen at my table and said you can pay here when you are ready and walked off. That was the last I was spoken to. Very impersonal. I did not care for the visit today. If it would've been my first visit to Red Robin it would've been my last. Since I enjoy the food I will be back. I hope that today was just a fluke.

I ordered a burger to go, I had only a small window of time to take a break from work so I called it in. The lady on the phone said it would be ten minutes. I got there about ten min later and my food wasn't ready for another 15 minutes, which caused an issue unfortunately. I'm fine with a longer wait, that's not the issue. The issue is I had to get back to work, and I only had enough time to run to Red Robin and then get right back. Would have been better if the lady on the phone gave a little bit of a buffer or something.

Our service was terrible but our food was good!

Went during the lunch hour. From the time we were seated, to the time we received our food was 45 minutes, not including the 10 min wait to get a table. Not all tables were full either, very confusing. There seemed to be a lot of servers and everyone seemed to be busy. But our section was very unattended, and we didn't even receive refills on our waters during the 45 minute wait. The salad was wilted as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp. The other dish seemed to be fine. We were told our food was up and she would be right back with it... It came 15 minutes later and during that time, she passed our table 3 times and said the same thing "I'm getting it now" "it's right at the window" "I'll be right back with it" I ended up having to get my food to go immediately, along with the check. Had lunch at my work desk instead. Still tipped 15%.
