We used to go to red robin all the time. But this experience and our last few haven't been amazing so we decided that this red robin trip would probably be our last.

The lighting was very poor. We could hardly see the menus. Both of my grandchildren ordered macaroni and cheese which came out very cold and had to be sent back. We have a royalty card and it was VERY confusing.....we were due a free burger and it should have come off our bill but the process wasn't an easy one. It was very hard to decipher if the burger was taken off the bill or not. We prefer the location in Apex NC because we seem to always have some sort of problem at the Cary NC location.

Soda was flat...burger was undercooked...table kiosk thing doesn't say it charges for games...not the best experience I've had for surw

I asked for extra sauce on my BBQ chicken wrap and they seriously turned it into soup. My fiancé (who eats EVERYTHING) could t even handle it when I tried to pawn half of it off on him. I told the waitress and she didn't even try to do anything to make it right which really upset me. She just said "okay", and asked if ideas finished eating, and took my plate. That along with a few other issues made this an unpleasant experience for sure.

Good food, but they were supposed t write down to expect out large party but forgot to do it so we had to wait almost an hit for a table.
