it was my first time there and I really enjoyed it!! I got the lunch double and it was so filling!

The food was good, but the older gentleman who seated us didn't seem to know what he was doing. I later saw him in the kitchen quite a bit, so I assume he was a cook who was on host detail for a bit. Our waitress was very nice, but it seemed like she was overloaded with tables. She was able to stop by our table 3 times total, and I saw her taking care of at least 7 tables of 2 or more at each table. I saw 4, maybe 5 employees total in the restaurant and it seemed like they were very understaffed and it was a burden on those who were there. I'm disappointed with Red Robin lately. I've had two unsatisfactory experiences there in a week. The first time I went, my burger was way overcooked and almost completely blackened. This time I enjoyed my food but it was hard to get a refill on my drink and it took a while to get seated and place our order.

- Server failed to greet us and instead immediately asked "How many?" - we requested a table and were instead seated at a half booth/table - our appetizer was brought to the table before our water and tea beverages arrived - our meal took over 15 minutes to be delivered - a burger was ordered without tomatoes and onions and was served with both - the soup was cold when it arrived - the two bunless burgers were on 1/4 head of lettuce and were impossible to eat without a knife and fork. - it took 10 minutes to receive our check and we had to prompt the server Worst Red Robin experience. I will not return to this location.
