Although they were short staffed, I appreciated the fact that staff pulled together to support each other. Our server was busy but the hospitality person took our drink and app. order. This made the wait time very short. Only complaint is that our food was not hot.

I've had very poor service at this Red Robin almost every time I've been there.

$5 coupon not worth the very slow service. Additionally, food not up to normal standards. We are regulars, but tonight was a disappointment.

It took over 15 minutes after we were seated, and asking a passing employee who our server was, to have drink orders taken. The server was almost completely unavailable after that, even though there were only three other tables occupied in the restaurant. The mozzarella sticks I ordered were cold. I spent over ten minutes waiting for the server to reappear anywhere in the restaurant to flag him down and ask him to heat them up. Drinks were only refilled upon request (after flagging him down).
