Seemed understaffed. Hostess took a while to seat us when there were clearly enough tables. Server was very friendly, but appeared to be overworked/overbooked with tables. It took him a long time to bring us things and take our order. I even asked if they were understaffed; he stated that no they weren't, just not everybody they had was actually working. Food was delicious once correctly prepared.

I visited the Red Robin in NC. The location was very clean and the team was very friendly.
