the food was fine but the service was SO slow! And I know the fries are unlimited, but they only bring out a tiny handful at a time. so annoying.

Visit tonight was horrible. Waitress was hard to find but nice. Ordered a turkey burger but got beef. The manager was the one to come up to the table and asked how things were and I told her about getting the wrong burger. Our waitress showed back up and apologized, but the manager never came back and it took forever to get the replaced turkey burger so I ended up taking it home because we had already been there so long. We saw the manger as we were leaving and she muttered have a good night and would barely look at us. We go to red robin a lot but this will probably be the last time for awhile.

Bad food good service

Our server was slow. We waited way too long for everything. We ordered as soon as we go our first drinks. Once we got our food it went downhill from there. The buns were dried out, the fried jalapeños on my burger were like rubber they were so old. We waited over 10 minutes after requesting drink refils before we got them. Our server did not have very many customers, maybe 4 tables. When we arrived we were the only table he had. We had requested more fries and that took at least 10 minutes. My wife ordered a shake that we were gonna share and 15 minutes later he dropped our. Geckos off at the table and I said "what happened to our shake" and he had forgotten. So we said nevermind and left. During this whole ordeal we saw 2 managers setting at a table talking nearly the entire time. At one point while waiting for drinks we made eye contact and picked our empty cups up and the manager looked away. We waited so long we even joked that maybe they forgot about us completly and thought we would just leave without paying. We were there for well over an hour. Never coming back to this location... Probably never going to a red robin again... I was not impressed with the sized of my $9 burger that was no bigger that a quarter pounder at mcdonalds.. It's pathetic.
