It's my birthday so I made a special visit to Red Robin and they did not disappoint. I loved my visit.

Great store. Employees are friendly and helpful. The new order and pay at the table is great. I have noticed the service has gotten much better now the new pay system in working. It frees up the servers just enough to improve service.

We had 2 waiters and the first one was rude. We had to give our simple drink order 3 times and when it arrived it was wrong. Luckily we got a new waitress that was much better.

Fast service great food. Employees are very friendly and store is very clean.

Service was kind of lack luster food was good. There was an old lemon on the floor which was gross and it took forever to get water refills and no one offered fries refill :(
