The waitress was very nice and offered my Wife and I extra fries and a side of chili because our food order was taking a long time. They were short staffed that night. This is the third time ever eating at Steak and Shake for my Wife and I. The speed of getting our food was pretty slow but I do understand how things can go for restaurant businesses. So far I've always been very satisfied with the food and service. This experience isn't one that I'll remember in a total negative way. We still had a great night!!!

Every Steak and Shake I have been to has been extremely slow. I don't know if you need more staff or what the problem may be but I don't go there as often because of it.
