2 of the burgers was cold when the waitress brought them out and it seem like it took forever for them to bring them back out even after the place wasn't packed.

This was a rare bad experience. I'll still give them another shot, but it's never a good thing for crew members to be more customer conscience than the manager.

Had to wAit About 15 min to get some one to wait on us and then it took forever to get our food and then had to wait to pay the check because no one was covering the register!!!!

When I got there we were sat very quick but then sat for a while and were not greeted then once I stopped someone she didn't really take care of us once we ordered.

Had to wait after we ate about 20 min before getting our shakes!!! And we ordered with food!!!

We waited in line for awhile before anyone greeted us. There was only one girl seating and she was running the cashier as well. The manager had to get our drinks and bring our food out. We barely saw our waiter at all.

They didn't have a hostess to seat is at all and the wait was terrible and they didn't even bother to greet us.

It took them 15 minutes to make my side by side shake and my husbands Oreo shake. There were other people coming in and ordering and got their food within 5-10 minutes but we waited in the lobby way too long for some over priced shakes
