Steak 'n Shake

All the tables were full, they were busy. The waiter did not move very fast and couldn't keep up. The other wait people were having to deliver most of his orders when they came up. My friend ordered onion rings which were saturated with grease. She got replacement French fries and they weren't much better. My salad came out the same time as the food which isn't right. I used to work at a different Steak n Shake for nine years and this wouldn't have been allowed to happen.

was the most horrible experience I've ever had at steak and shake. my pony shoe was terrible and honestly not edible.
