Steak 'n Shake

It was good!! I LOVE the garlic steak burger!

The food was ok and the service was bad.

Needs to be cleaned!! This restaurant was very gross. My ketchup bottle had chunks of ketchup all over it. Also the employees were arguing with one another in front of the customers. They shouldn't be doing this at all.

Worst visit we've had there. Dine there almost every Saturday. On this visit waited longest ever for food and our server was VERY poor in refills. At one point she said she would be back with refills. After waiting 6 minutes AND seeing her on her cell phone my wife actually got up and went to her and asked could we please get those refills. If we do return and get the same server we will request someone different. If we have another experience like this one we won't be returning. There's too many choices of places to dine to be subject to that poor of service. Hoping it WILL go well on next visit because we do love the burgers, fries, and atmosphere.
