We had a group of 8 with 4 kids and they forgot one of our kids meals and we were almost finished eating before he got his food

Not acceptable to have a screaming baby next to me the whole time and no one saying anything about it. Also the speed of the food was horrible.

Friendly staff but left cheese off the hot dog and completely forgot the milk shake. Had to park (after going through the drive thru) and go back in to get it.

Bad service

It was slow, and they got everything on my order wrong including leaving out the fries. I had waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru

Waitress was new on the job, not disgusted with that fact but that she was not supported by three management to get the orders correct and place the orders in a timely manner. so the food took 45 minute s to come our of kitchen. manager should have at least delivered an topology, her never bothered.

It's normally a pretty great experience but this time around was different. Our waiter cruised around, sitting down to talk to his buddies instead of doing his job. I had to ask multiple times for napkins and my order came out wrong. And it wasn't only my table. The manager had to come out for another table.
