Slow service and not very friendly. Also food did not taste very good.

Waited nearly an hour for our food, and it was very dry when we got it. Manager was only willing to remove our drinks from the bill and still charged us for our meals. Kitchen was very gross!

I sat there and never got a refill. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I wasent going to leave a tip but my gf made me. the guy walked passed me alot of times and dident do nothing to make me happy. he was to busy flirting with people

Food was not good this time. I paid for a cheese cup and it was never put in my bag, and I feel upset that I didn't get it. Our chili three way was disgusting and slimy. Very disappointing. We are normally huge Steak 'n Shake fans, but this trip was not good.

We are loyal Steak 'n Shake lovers, but this was one of the worst visits. We probably won't go back to this location. The guy couldn't figure out our coupons so didn't take them, service was insanely slow, food order was wrong and tasted awful. Very unhappy!
