Steak 'n Shake

Always has great food, the wait is a little long but will not complain as the food and service is always good

The burgers at steak and shake used to be very good but this this time it was just so-so. I'm worried that they're changing things just like everyone else and now the food won't be worth going for.

Good really good but service extremely slow

The fries weren't cooked well so I asked the server for well-done fries and she promptly got them to me. The food is always good but the speed of service is very slow when you eat inside.

Speed of service needs serious improvement as well as bathrooms are very dirty and unclean
